What if you already shipped my order and I used an incorrect shipping address?
There are several options
- If your order was already delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier of your order they might be able to trace the package. Unfortunately on this case it’s very rare to recover the package and we are not responsible for a replacement order or refund.
- If your order is in transit to the wrong address, please contact us info@shopjdc.com we might be able to assist. Please consider there might be additional fees to re route and intercept a package
- If your order is in transit to an incomplete address (e.g. missing apt number or st. name), please contact the shipping carrier of your order they might be able to add details to your package.
